SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, complete with all accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging. You may open the packaging and inspect the product to the extent necessary to evaluate its features and functionality.
To initiate a return request, you will need to provide proof of purchase and contact our customer service team at sales.elchimusa@elchim.com. Our team will authorize the return and provide the address to which the returned item should be shipped.
Shipping Costs
Except in cases where the product is defective, damaged upon delivery or not in conformity with the order placed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For items valued over $80, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Elchim cannot guarantee receipt of returned items shipped without tracking information.
Return Shipping Support (optional prepaid label)
If you prefer, Elchim can arrange in Continental US the return shipment on your behalf by providing a prepaid shipping label (please ask sales.elchimusa@elchim.com for this). In this case, a $15 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the label
Refunds
Once we have received the product and verified that the return complies with our return policy, we will send you an email confirming the approval of your request.
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase and will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item.
Extended Service – Repair Your Tool
After the initial 30-day return period, products are no longer eligible for return or refund. However, we invite you to visit our “Repair Your Tool” service section on https://elchim.com/en-us/pages/repair-your-tool or dedicated assistance, repair options, and product support for your Elchim appliance.
