Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, complete with all accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging. You may open the packaging and inspect the product to the extent necessary to evaluate its features and functionality.

To initiate a return request, you will need to provide proof of purchase and contact our customer service team at elchimstore@elchim.it. Our team will authorize the return and provide the address to which the returned item should be shipped.

Shipping Costs

Except in cases where the product is defective, damaged upon delivery or not in conformity with the order placed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For items valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Elchim cannot guarantee receipt of returned items shipped without tracking information.

Refunds

Once we have received the product and verified that the return complies with our return policy, we will send you an email confirming the approval of your request.

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase and will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal Online

Pursuant to Article 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code, consumers who purchase products through www.elchim.com may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery through the dedicated electronic procedure available in their personal account area. To start the withdrawal process, customers may access their account at https://account.elchim.com/ and follow the instructions provided. Once the withdrawal request has been submitted, the consumer will receive without undue delay an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, such as by e-mail.
